On the 7th January 2023 the JJJ Active team members opened up the year and lungs at the Ashburton parkrun.Enthusiastic bodies at the start line in their new JJJ Active t-shirts began the 5km journey, some running others jogging, a few on a brisk walk, and proud new dad Dr Pillay with his new born who slept through the 5km. From enthusiastic bodies at the start to tired bodies at the finish line, we cheered each other on as each one of us completed the runWe closed it off with a breakfast at the nearby cafe reminiscing and bonding over a cup of coffee and a light meal.
